Cancellation Policy

All sessions are billed on a pre-pay basis and arranged with scheduled appointment times. Clients are required to give 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. 50% of the session fee will be charged for cancellation within 24 hours or no-show. Rescheduling of a session should be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment via our website and/or directly contacting the coach with whom you are scheduled. While we will always do our best to accommodate changes to your scheduling needs, please know that we operate by appointment only.
